Old Train Depot - Bricklink LEGO 910033

The old engine room never closes and is always busy! James and Julie just arrived at the sink. James is on duty tonight and is patiently waiting for the next scheduled arrival. One shift follows another, and tonight a big locomotive will appear in a little while, and after a long journey, it will go for routine maintenance.

Inside the shed, Robert is hard at work cutting wires. Julie makes sure all the lanterns are working properly and Frank maintains the old lathe.

Andrea has a coffee break in a small shed. In the back, Sam is feeding Oscar, his beautiful and lawful Alsatian dog. Oscar is tasked with guarding the gate, so think twice before entering uninvited!

The old engine house is built of brick and has 6 large windows and 2 large doors to allow locomotives to enter and exit freely. Two large chimneys and a fan are used for ventilation.

There is a fully equipped workshop inside the shed. It includes a large number of machines and tools: an old lathe, a vice, a bench drill, an oxy-acetylene welder, mallets, hammers and many other useful hardware.

At the very top of the building, just under the roof, there is a fully functional bridge crane, which is used to lift and move the heavy locomotive engines. At the front of the shed is a pump that supplies water to the engines and finally at the back is a small shed with a small office and a stove.

The old engine house can accommodate a locomotive as long as 37 stallions, while its carriage can run onto the front tracks. A total of exactly 2331 parts were used.
