Payment and delivery

Methods of delivery

We deliver the goods by several transport companies (depending on the country of delivery and the size of the shipment). The price for shipping depends on the country of delivery, the weight of the ordered goods and the chosen carrier.
The shipping price is displayed in the checkout (or in the basket) and calculated automatically after entering the delivery address.
The maximum weight of one shipment is 30 kg. If you want to order more goods, you must divide the order into several parts, or contact us and we will set individual conditions for you.

We ship to all over the world outside the Czech Republic, if your country is not in the list, contact us and we will price the shipping to you and add your country to the list.

Accepting the shipment

When receiving the shipment from the carrier, thoroughly check the package and contents of the shipment, preferably in front of the driver. If the package or contents of the shipment are damaged, do not accept the goods! If it is not possible to check the contents of the package upon delivery in front of the driver, do so as soon as possible at home or at the company. If you discover damage to the shipment only after taking it over from the carrier, please inform us immediately within a maximum of 48 hours. Report the damage to the carrier at the same time.

When will I receive the goods?

We usually ship the goods within 2 working days and the delivery time varies depending on the country of delivery. For countries within the EU, the delivery time is 2-3 working days. For non-EU countries, the time varies between 3-5 working days. Everything also depends on the chosen carrier.

Payment methods

• payment by credit card - after successful payment, we will show you confirmation of the order and payment. Payment by card is one of the fastest ways to pay for goods and thus speed up order processing. You can pay with a MasterCard or VISA payment card. If an error occurs during the payment process and you are not sure that the payment was made correctly, please contact us. We will verify the payment and let you know how to proceed.
• payment by international bank transfer - if you select payment by international bank transfer in the basket, after sending the order you will be shown the data required to enter the international bank transfer (account number in IBAN format, Bic code/SWIFT, seller's address, currency - EUR , payment title - 120 import goods , enter the order number in the message for the recipient). Choose SHA as the payment type. You pay your bank's transfer fees and we pay ours. We will also send this information to your email immediately after receiving the order through our automatic system. Wait for the confirmation of the order by our employee and then make the payment to our bank account. When paying by bank transfer, the delivery date may be affected by the date of payment (we ship the goods only after crediting the payment to our account).
• SEPA payment by transfer (euro payment) - if you select SEPA payment in the basket, after sending the order, you will be shown the data required to enter the SEPA payment (account number in IBAN format, address of the seller, enter the order number in the reference or variable symbol). We will also send this information to your email immediately after receiving the order through our automatic system. Wait for the confirmation of the order by our employee and then make the payment to our bank account. When paying by bank transfer, the delivery date may be affected by the date of payment (we ship the goods only after crediting the payment to our account).
• payment on delivery - you can choose to pay on delivery (i.e. only upon receipt of the goods). Please note that in this case, if you do not take delivery, the buyer is obliged to pay the seller the costs associated with sending the object of purchase, i.e. the shipping and packaging costs incurred by the seller.
