Today we're looking at LEGO Technic construction, agricultural and forestry machinery.
Construction machinery is a sure investment, but it usually takes two to four years for the price to at least double even with a good purchase price. In October 2022 we bought a total of 4 pieces of the Articulated dump truck Volvo 6x6 - LEGO 42114, two of these sets have already sold and the other two will sell before the end of the year. The margin on this purchase is 100% for two years.
In November 2023, we bought an Cat® D11 App Controlled Bulldozer - Technic LEGO 42131, which we expect to sell at the end of this year, at worst next year, also with a 100% margin.
During the last year we bought a Excavator with grapple - Technic LEGO 42144, which we expect to sell next year.
The larger set LEGO® Technic 42157 John Deere 948L-II Forest Tractor and the smaller set John Deere 9620R 4WD Tractor - Technic LEGO 42136 end this year. We recommend buying at least 35% off and the smaller set in particular could reach 100% appreciation as early as next year, the larger one a little later, but also a sure good investment for two to three years.
