Our previous investment in 2022 was LEGO® Architecture 21051 Tokyo at an average price of 950 CZK, and sales of this set were even at the end of 2022 for 1990 CZK and then the next year for 2090 to 2490 CZK.
Then we have LEGO® Architecture 21054 White House, where purchases during the year were for less than 1700 CZK, we expect the price at the end to be around 3500 CZK.
This year should see the end of the LEGO® Architecture 21057 Singapore sets, where we recommend buying at a price below 1000 CZK - the closer to the end of the year, the higher the purchase price is acceptable. Here, the selling price should be around 1990 CZK.
The other set that should be ending this year is LEGO® Architecture 21056 Taj Mahal, which is not usually on sale much. Anything around 2000 CZK is an immediate purchase, later towards the end of the year a price of even around 2300 CZK is acceptable. The sale price after the end of the year could go up to over 4500 CZK.
